Because of his father’s involvement in the government’s black Unidentified Anomalous Phenomenon (UAP) program, he is invited to participate in a secret orbital maneuvering craft project. He accepts, aware that his inherited memories make him far more knowledgeable than his superiors suspect. The real meaning of mounting UAP evidence remains a dilemma.
